The CALPADS Audits for Administrators statewide roadshow is designed to help LEAs improve the quality and accuracy of CALPADS data, which supports LCFF funding, assignment monitoring, and state accountability reporting. These sessions will be held in four regions throughout the state during the Fall, Winter, and Spring months.
The CALPADS Audits for Administrators roadshow series translates technical reporting requirements into clear, business-relevant concepts for cross-departmental data teams. We'll take a look at high-profile reports, and break down the business rules behind each column. We'll then highlight common red flags and issues, and provide practical guidance towards verifying data at the source.
We encourage broad participation from administrative leadership and CALPADS data teams relevant to each data collection. In Fall 1, this includes site-level administrators, student services administrators, records administrators, EL services administrators, nutrition administrators, special education administrators, and SELPAs, in addition to CALPADS administrators and coordinators.
The October sessions of the CALPADS Audits for Administrator roadshows will take place in four regions throughout the state, with both in-person and watch party site attendance available.
In-Person registration for the October sessions of the CALPADS Audits for Administrators training is now available on the CSIS Training Registration Page.
